Sacred valley Retreat
May 29 - June 6, 2027
Sometimes you have to leave what's familiar to find what's true.
You've always said it “One day I'll go to Peru…”
This is that trip.
A bucket-list adventure into the Sacred Valley, where you don't just visit, you live it.
Yes, you'll stand at Machu Picchu at sunrise. But it's so much more.
It's slow mornings with yoga and breathwork, then hikes to ancient sites and mountain views.
It's wandering the markets of Pisac, meals you'll remember for years.
It's walking Incan trails to hidden ruins like Huchuy Qosqo.
It's soaking in hot springs, sharing meals that feel like ceremony, laughing with people who don't feel like strangers for long.
This is the trip you'll talk about for years.
The one that quietly shifts something in you.
If adventure has been calling, this is your moment.

-
Rest and recharge in beautiful, thoughtfully chosen accommodations that blend comfort, local character and natural surroundings—offering a welcoming place to unwind after each day’s adventures in the Sacred Valley.
-
Journey along ancient Incan trails through towering mountains, peaceful valleys and remote Andean villages.
We’ll hike to hidden ruins, soak in sweeping views and experience a side of Peru few visitors ever see.
These are unforgettable walks—challenging enough to feel like an adventure, but paced so we can enjoy every step.
-
Tune into your body’s wisdom through guided, intentional movement.
Each morning begins with a mix of Breathwork and Yoga—to gently reconnect with your body.
We respect everyone’s pace… and as a bonus, we tend to laugh a lot. You’ll see!
-
There’s nothing like freshly prepared meals made with local ingredients to nourish both an open belly and an open mind.
All meals are included, but in the spirit of tradition, we invite everyone to bring a dish for a shared potluck on the first night.
-
Gather in ceremony with cacao, a sacred plant honored across generations for opening the heart and deepening connection. Through intention, reflection, music and shared presence, we’ll slow down and listen inward. A gentle, grounding experience designed to bring us closer to ourselves, one another and the wisdom of the land.
-
Wander through colorful local markets filled with handmade textiles, traditional crafts and unique Peruvian treasures.
Slow down and restore in naturally heated thermal waters surrounded by Andean beauty. Enjoy a spacious day for soaking, optional treatments and giving your body time to fully recharge again.

Is this retreat for you?
How physically challenging are the hikes?
Plan on a maximum of 3-4 hours at your own pace. If the idea of a good hike excites you, this is probably for you.
Do I need experience with yoga or breathwork?
Nope—and honestly, we’re a little jealous of anyone discovering these practices for the first time. Everything is invitational and you’ll go at your own pace.
What altitude will we reach? Is altitude sickness a concern?
The villages where we’ll stay are around 3,000 metres (10,000 feet), and some hikes may reach approximately 4,000 metres (13,000 feet).
Some people feel the effects of altitude (headaches, nausea), especially during the first day or two. We’ll build in time to acclimatize and share practical ways to ease the transition.
Can I skip an activity?
Absolutely. Everything is optional, and we’ll help you remain included and get as much from the experience as possible.
When and where should I arrive?
You’ll fly into Cusco, arriving no later than the morning of May 29.
Is the retreat open to couples, solo travellers, all genders?
Yes—all are welcome. Whether you arrive alone or with someone, we’ll make sure you feel part of the group.

“Brad brings a wealth of experience while sharing his own journey without taking the focus away from the group. I loved the variety of teachings he brought into the retreat. He has quintessential dad energy—playful and full of jokes, but also deeply caring. Rather than being rigid, he stays attuned to the group and creates space for exploration.”

"Brad is a true breathwork expert, yet remains deeply accessible and an extraordinary listener. He creates a safe space that honors the uniqueness of everyone present. Each experience is different and enriching: we breathe, laugh and sometimes cry, always emerging with renewed energy. A retreat with Brad goes far beyond breathwork—it invites us to connect with our deeper selves.”"

"Brad created an incredibly welcoming and supportive environment, gently encouraging us to explore and challenge our boundaries—ice bath, anyone?! He found the perfect balance between shared group experiences and quiet time for individual reflection. I felt supported throughout, while still having the freedom to move at my own pace. It was meaningful, playful and deeply nourishing. I can’t wait to return next year!"
