Why This Circle Matters

Too often, men carry stress, emotions, and responsibility in silence. Behind the surface, many of us quietly live with thoughts like:

On paper, my life looks great. But inside, I wrestle with purpose—asking, what’s it all for? I want meaning, not just a 9-5 and a few hobbies.”

“There are days I feel buried under it all—family, work, the weight I carry. Sometimes I’m just running on fumes.”

“And yet slowing down scares me. Deep down, I’m afraid of what I’ll feel if I stop. Afraid of aging, of retirement, of not mattering.”

“I feel stuck. Like I’m just going through the motions—provider, fixer, problem-solver.”

This circle is where we set that weight down. A place to be real, to witness other men doing the same, and to discover you’re not alone.

See Clearly. Act Boldly. Lead with Heart.

What You’ll Experience

Men’s work trains you to slow down, tell the unfiltered truth, and see yourself clearly—beyond stories, roles, and noise. You stop performing and start aligning. Decisions get simpler; sanity returns.

Turn insight into movement.

Insight only matters if it moves your life. Every meeting ends with a concrete action; the circle witnesses your word. Close the gap between what you say and what you do.

Stronger heart. Steadier spine.

Our group normalizes strong emotion—anger, grief, fear—so it can move through you, not run you.
Less numbing, less reactivity; more courage, depth, and grace under pressure—at home and at work.

Belonging that builds you.

A small circle (5–12 men) can become a brotherhood that supports you. You’re not doing life alone. You practice embodied leadership—at home, at work, in your community.

What this circle is (and isn’t)

Menswork is not therapy, but it is therapeutic.  It’s a rare space where we get real, take off the masks and voice our truths.

Each month we gather for two hours—to share our challenges and our wins, and to use breathwork to move through them and uncover the deeper lessons.

Then we help each other commit to the change we want to see in our lives, as insight is nothing until it is acted upon.

Each session, we:

  • Start with a body-centric grounding

  • Move into a “check-in” and the monthly theme

  • Explore further with another man in breakout rooms.

  • COMMIT to taking a single action in our daily lives.

  • Deepen that commitment by embodying it in a powerful breathwork practice

  • Close with integration + any final shares

What we’ll discuss

Who are you and where do you belong? Can you get real & radical about your truth.

November 9th- Instinct vs. Thinking:

Where are you struck? Moving out of your head and into your heart

December 7th- Owning Your Edge

What truth or boundary do you need to stand on by finally saying “no”"?

MY WHY

Hey, I’m Brad and I hold men’s circles to give men what they rarely have — a space to lay down the weight, be fully seen, and remember what’s most important to them.

When men heal, families and communities heal. That’s the ripple I want to stand for.

Originally from the U.S., I’ve spent the last 20 years traveling the world, learning the healing arts, and leading transformative retreats across France, Europe, and the U.S.
