In 2025, men carry more responsibility than ever, and have fewer places to set it down.
Too often, we shoulder stress, emotion, and responsibility without ever saying a word. We look steady, but inside, many of us are wrestling and our thoughts spiral:
“I feel stuck. Like I’m playing the role of provider fixer routine but not actually living… and I’m running on fumes.”
“AI, environmental collapse, political tension… feels like the world’s going sideways… and a lot of my guy friends would rather talk sports and crack a beer than touch any of it.
“My life seems great on paper, but I’m still asking myself what the point is. I want purpose, not just paychecks and a couple hobbies.”
“And slowing down? Honestly, that scares me. I don’t know what I’ll find if I actually stop. I worry about aging, about losing relevance, about not mattering.”
“I’m fine” used to be enough, but for many of us, it’s starting to crack. We’re ready for something deeper.
The chaos is real… especially when we feel disconnected.
Maybe the heaviest part of a being a man is the idea that we’re supposed to carry all of it… quietly, competently, alone.
But here’s the truth: you don’t have to do it alone.
A committed, ongoing men’s circle is where that weight finally comes off your shoulders.
It’s a space to show up as you are, to tell the truth, to see other men doing the same- and to finally realize you’re not the only that feels that way, and you don’t have to lonewolf it all the time.
Ready to lean in and find your spark?
… WHILE ALSO facing what stands in the way!
What You’ll Experience
Connection with a small group (8 men max). We’ll dig into the real stuff, slow the pace, take off the mask, and tune in to what really matters.
Words Into Action
In every session, you speak your truth and commit to something that moves you. And the same men are there to witness, challenge and support you.
Stronger heart. Steadier spine.
Our group normalizes strong emotion—anger, grief, fear—so it can move through you, not run you.
Less numbing, less reactivity; more courage, depth, and grace under pressure, at home and at work.
Belonging that builds you.
Men that were once strangers become a brotherhood that supports you. You’re not doing life alone. You practice embodied leadership—at home, at work, in your community.
What this circle is (and isn’t)
This isn’t therapy. And it’s not just a casual hangout either.
Think of it more like a group of men gathered around a fire, speaking honestly, dropping the masks, and returning to that same fire week after week—going deeper, learning from each other, and growing in real time.
A lot of us want to live with purpose, integrity, and real care for the people we love. We want to feel competent and grounded. But most of us were never shown how. So we drift. We feel stuck, directionless, and disconnected from the men we’re trying to become.
This circle is about embracing who we are now and where we want to go.
It’s a space to name what needs to shift, be witnessed in it, and feel the support of men walking their own version of the same path.
And between sessions, you stay connected—keeping momentum, noticing what’s actually changing, and not falling into the “one-and-done” loop that leads nowhere.
This is a place to step in, show up, and grow. Together.

What Others Are Saying
"“I’ve worked with Brad’s men’s group, and also did a retreat with him this summer which opened something much deeper. It was a transformative experience.
I expected to work on my breath. What I didn’t expect was the release of years of tension and the deep sense of ease that followed. Brad’s steady, playful presence created a space where I felt completely welcomed. I left feeling grounded, clear, and connected.”
- Brian
“Brad leads with grounded strength and a wide-open heart. His coaching flows with an intuitive ease. In our work together, his full presence created the space for a powerful breakthrough and a sense of lightness I hadn’t felt in years.”
-Pete
“I’ve worked with Brad several times, including during some of the hardest seasons of my life. I trust him deeply. His strength, humor, and steady wisdom have helped me go into territory I couldn’t have reached with anyone else.”

MY WHY
Hey, I’m Brad and I hold men’s circles to give men what they rarely have — a space to lay down the weight, be fully seen, and remember what’s most important to them.
When men heal, families and communities heal. That’s the ripple I want to stand for.
Originally from the U.S., I’ve spent the last 20 years traveling the world, learning the healing arts, and leading transformative retreats across France, Europe, and the U.S.
