In 2025, men carry more responsibility than ever- and have fewer places to set it down.
We shoulder stress, emotion, and expectations quietly.
We stay steady on the outside, even when things feel tangled inside.
But eventually, the internal weight begins to show up in small, honest ways:
“I feel stuck. Like I’m playing the role - provider, fixer - but not really living.”
“Most guys I know talk sports or work… not what’s actually going on.”
“My life looks good on paper, but I feel disconnected. I want purpose again.
And many of us quietly worry about aging, relevance, and losing the spark we once felt.
Yet slowing down can feel uncomfortable, and stillness can feel unfamiliar — even threatening.
“I’m fine” used to be enough, but for many of us, it’s starting to crack.
Something deeper calls for attention.
The chaos is real… especially when we feel disconnected.
The world feels loud and fast. And when we are disconnected from ourselves, that noise becomes heavier to carry.
For many men, the hardest part is not the pressure itself. It is the belief that we’re supposed to hold it quietly, competently, and alone.
But the truth is simple:
You do not have to carry all of this by yourself.
A steady, committed men’s circle is one of the few places where the weight can actually come off your shoulders.
A place where you can show up as you are — without having to perform, solve, or power through anything.
Here, you get to:
Slow down
Tell the truth
Hear honesty from other men
See that you’re not the only one who feels this way
No more lone-wolfing or pretending. Just men in a real space, doing the kind of work that shifts things.
If you’re ready to lean in and find what’s been missing, you’re in the right place.
What You’ll Experience
In this 6-week circle, you’ll join a small, steady group of men (8 max) who are committed to showing up honestly and supporting one another in grounded, real ways.
This is not a place for performance. It is a space to take off the mask, slow the pace, and reconnect to what matters.
Honest Connection
You’ll sit with the same men each session, so trust develops naturally. As you speak your truth and hear others do the same, you begin to relax in places you didn’t realize were tight.
Transformation by words Into Action
Each session includes a moment to name what’s real for you — and to choose a simple next step. You’ll be witnessed in that commitment and supported as you follow through.
A steadier nervous system
Strong emotions — anger, grief, fear — are welcome here. Through breathwork and body-based grounding, we help your system settle so the emotion can move through you, not run your life from the background.
Belonging that builds you.
Men who begin as strangers can become a kind of quiet brotherhood — not dramatic, but dependable.
You learn to stand with other men, and to let them stand with you, no longer carrying everything alone.
Practicing presence, you build strength that shows up everywhere in your life.
What this circle is
This isn’t therapy. And it’s not just a casual hangout either.
Think of it more like a group of men gathered around a fire, speaking honestly, dropping the masks, and returning to that same fire week after week.
You go a little deeper each time. You learn from each other. You grow in real ways.
We want to live with purpose, integrity, and care for the people we love. We want to feel grounded, capable, and connected.
But very few of us were ever shown how to get there.
So we drift. We get stuck. We feel far from the men we’re trying to become.
This circle fills that gap.
It’s a place to name what needs to shift, to be witnessed in it, and to feel the support of men walking their own version of the same path.
And the work doesn’t stop when the session ends. You stay connected between meetings, carrying the momentum forward instead of slipping back into the “one-and-done” pattern that never leads anywhere.
This is a place to step in, show up, and grow — together.

The 6-Session Journey
Over six weeks, we move through a clear, steady progression.
Each session builds on what came before, gradually helping you reconnect to yourself, clarify what matters, and take grounded action.
Feb 15th - Presence Over Performance
We slow down, take off the mask, and look at ourselves without judgment or pressure.
feb 22nd - Truth Without Armor
You name the thing you’ve been avoiding — and feel the relief of honesty.
march 1st - Naming Your Edge
Every man has a challenge shaping his life right now. Identify yours with compassion and clarity.
march 8th - Alignment in Action
Insight becomes movement, then momentum. You take one grounded step that reflects what you truly want.
march 15th - Staying with the Heat
You practice staying present with strong emotion or discomfort instead of numbing.
march 22nd - Integration & Next Steps
You leave with clarity, direction, and a more embodied way forward.
This journey isn’t dramatic or performative. It is steady, honest, and rooted in the body — the kind of work that truly stays with you.
How it works
This experience is designed to be simple, steady, and sustainable.
Nothing overwhelming or rushed. Just a consistent rhythm that helps you stay connected to yourself and to the men beside you.
Six Two-Hour Sessions Over 6 Weeks
We meet every couple of weeks, giving you space to integrate without losing momentum.
A Closed Group of Eight Men
You move through the entire journey with the same committed circle. Trust builds naturally when the container stays the same.
Clear, Grounded Agreements
Confidentiality, honesty, presence, and respect — the foundation that makes real work possible.
Reflection Paired with Action
Every session includes space to speak honestly and choose a grounded next step. Small steps add up over six weeks.
Somatic Tools and Breathwork
We use body-based practices that help you regulate your system and stay connected to what you feel. This somatic grounding is what makes deeper truth and aligned action possible.
Real Accountability
Not pressure, just presence. Your commitments are witnessed and supported by men who genuinely care.
Momentum Between Sessions
A WhatsApp thread keeps the group connected, encouraged, and paying attention to what’s changing.

What OTHER MEN Say
I expected breathwork. I didn’t expect everything else that opened.
“I expected to work on my breath. What I didn’t expect was the release of years of tension and the deep sense of ease that followed. Brad’s steady, playful presence created a space where I felt completely welcomed. I left feeling grounded, clear, and connected.”
- Brian
Brad leads with grounded strength and a wide-open heart.
“In our work together, his full presence created the space for a powerful breakthrough and a sense of lightness I hadn’t felt in years.”
-Pete
I trust him deeply.
“I’ve worked with Brad several times, including during some of the hardest seasons of my life. His strength, humor, and steady wisdom have helped me go into territory I couldn’t have reached with anyone else.”
-Jordan McCrae
Prefer to work in person?
Some men feel most at home in an online circle. Others want to step into the work face-to-face, with time, space, and the natural world around them.
If you prefer in-person work, please explore the men’s retreat happening in July 2026.
It offers the same grounded, steady approach in a deeper, immersive setting.
Hey - I’m Brad
I hold these circles to give men something they rarely have: a steady place to lay down the weight, be fully seen, and remember what matters most.
For more than twenty years, I’ve been learning, practicing, and teaching the healing arts. Originally from the U.S., I’ve spent much of my life traveling through Europe, training, leading retreats, and working with men from all walks of life.
What I’ve seen again and again is simple:
When men have a safe place to be honest — without judgment or pressure — they begin to reconnect to themselves.
And when men heal, families and communities heal.
That’s the ripple effect I stand for.
If this kind of work speaks to you, I’d be honored to hold that space with you.
