What a Typical Day Looks Like

Morning

  • Movement + breathwork session
  • Cold exposure (optional but powerful)

Midday

  • Nature time / integration

Evening

  • Fire, men’s circle, reflection
  • Connection, laughter, downtime

📍 Location : 1 hour from Cincinnati (CVG airport) at a private property near Brookville Lake. Surrounded by nature, lakes and five beautifully restored historic log cabins.
