A little space to slow down, get out of your head and hear yourself again.

Sometimes you don’t need more advice, another podcast or a better plan. You need some space.

A space to explore what’s going on underneath

These sessions are a chance to slow things down, come back into your body and explore whatever feels alive for you right now.

That might be a transition, a relationship, work, a decision you can’t quite make, or simply the feeling that something is off and you’re not sure why.

We’ll talk, get curious and use breathwork to move beneath some of the usual noise.

There’s nothing you need to fix or perform here.

What does a session actually look like?

We’ll start by talking about what’s bringing you in and where you’d like to explore.

From there, I’ll guide you through around 30 minutes of breathwork, followed by time to rest, integrate and talk about what came up.

Every session is different.

Sometimes there are big insights or emotions. Sometimes there’s laughter. Sometimes the most useful thing that happens is simply feeling quieter inside.

The goal isn’t to manufacture a breakthrough.

It’s to create enough space for you to notice what’s already there.

This might be useful if...

You’re at a crossroads
and want a little more clarity.

You’ve been running hard
and find it difficult to slow down.

You keep circling the same thing
and thinking harder doesn’t seem to be helping.

You’re curious about breathwork
but would rather explore it privately first.

Or maybe you simply want some space
to reconnect with yourself.

You’re in the driver’s seat.

There’s no right way to experience a session and nothing you’re expected to uncover.

You choose what we explore and how far we go.

My role is to create a grounded, confidential space, guide the breathwork and help you stay curious about whatever shows up.

I’ve worked with hundreds of people through breathwork, retreats and individual sessions, and one of the things I care most about is creating a space where people can drop the performance and simply be human.

“I worked with Brad during a big transitional period in my life. His presence gave me a safe space to explore fear and confusion, and ultimately meet those emotions with curiosity and compassion. His authenticity is rare.”

“Brad has a beautiful way of meeting me exactly where I am. He combines clear guidance with a lighthearted presence that makes it feel safe to go deep. More than anything, he’s helped me slow down and become more compassionate with myself.”
