A private breathwork session is a powerful way to explore your inner world in depth — to learn the technique at your own pace, release emotional blocks, navigate a period of change, or reconnect with your clarity, creativity, and motivation. You may simply come to find lightness and leave with a renewed sense of energy and presence.

Each session lasts 75 minutes and unfolds in three phases:

  • 20 minutes of connection and intention-setting — a chance to share what’s present for you and clarify what you’d like to explore.

  • 40–50 minutes of active breathing — guided safely through the experience, allowing your body and emotions to release what’s ready to move.

  • Integration and reflection — we close the circle together, giving space to insights and identifying what can help you carry the experience into your daily life.
