Group sessions

Try breathwork for free!

Ever wish you could fly? Me too!

Join a small group of us on Zoom for a free intro to breathwork - you will be guided between peaks of intensity as well as a beautiful embodied calm.

Why try? Well, again - to fly and feel great! :) You can learn more about breathwork and its benefits here.

What’s class like? We start with a simple presentation of the technique, leave space for questions, and then you will be invited to lie down, close your eyes and do a 30-minute active breath session followed by 10 minutes of deep relaxation. Total class time will be 1 hour.

You will be accompanied by music, my guidance, and most importantly your own body & feelings- as this is a body-leadership type of breathwork.

People are often surprised at how far they “journey just by breathing” so, after the session, there's space to share your experience with the group and if you'd prefer to keep it to yourself, we honor that as well!

What’s it cost? First class is free and when ya come back you’re welcome to pay what you want here after class.

“Brad is an exceptional breathwork coach who brought a sense of strength and calm to my breathwork session allowing me to fully surrender into the process.

His guidance was effortless and intuitive, his presence fully on me and my experience, which together resulted in a feeling of completion, a breakthrough and deep feelings of lightness and joy.“

-Pete Craig, Coach

“I’m lucky to have worked with Brad in breathwork sessions, where I not only got to grow as a person but also I got to learn from his way of guiding the sessions. Also, the ‘Parts work’ we’ve done has been extremely deep and helpful to understand myself; it’s very vulnerable work and I always felt extremely safe.

I appreciate how Brad is able to listen to what I’m saying but also to what I’m not saying, which is an extremely important skill to have if you’re guiding someone in such sensitive processes. He has been a huge part of my journey towards self-acknowledgement. He opened the door and invited me to be compassionate and softer with myself. I’ll always be grateful to him for that!”
